Bringing our whole self into our work

When I read the excellent Climate Change Coaching book by Charly Cox and Sarah Flynn (a book for anyone wanting to have better climate change conversations, not just for coaches!) a couple of tools really stuck with me, and I'm going to share them here as they are very practical and will support you in your everyday change-making efforts.

The first one helps you understand where you are at, in terms of sustainable change- find it below.

Just plot yourself on the graph to work out whether you are currently active or inactive, and most importantly in dissonance or resonance with sustainable change. Try to leave judgement outside the door here.

Then decide where you want to be in the future.

Beware that sustainable high performance might not be your logical next step, you might want to spend some time reflecting first, for instance.
