Your limiting beliefs

A lot of the issues we have with being impactful change-makers are linked to what we deeply believe about ourselves.

We need to understand which mindsets and unhelpful self-talk we are entertaining that stop us from performing at our best.

Use the tool below to work out your unhelpful core beliefs; additionally, you might want to journal to get to the bottom of it - note that the most powerful limiting beliefs are about ourselves, are formed at an early age perhaps as a result of trauma and very often they boil down to: I'm not good enough.

You can either start from the results you are getting, to the actions you are taking, to the beliefs behind them, or the other way around.

To move past them, you can think about how to change the results: what actions do you need to take? What more helpful beliefs do you need to do that?

This is a tool I often use in coaching since it's really helpful to move people from desire to action and overcome their internal barriers to success.
