Wild about Wilderness

Now that the weather is improving, it's easier to take walks in nature, which can be deeply restorative. 

If you can, take the time this weekend to take a walk in the woods, then use them to evoke the wild places within you. 

Journal by starting with:

"When I'm wild, I..."
