Summer of reflection
I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels the best ideas come to me when I'm not working. In fact, I realised a lot of deep insights into my life happen when I'm on holiday.
Summer is a period of intense emotional and professional growth for me, as I naturally tend to reassess my working (and personal) life and set some intentions.
If you have been a subscriber to this newsletter for a few months, you might recall that, back in January, I had invited you to use the wheel of life (below) to score various areas of your life to set intentions for 2024 more mindfully.
You might have some time off around this time of the year, so this might be the perfect time to check again against it and see where you are at - or to do it now for the first time and set some good intentions and goals for the autumn.
For me, my intention to TRUST life more has been embedded in every single day - consciously or unconsciously. It has been a year of profound transformation but I kept my high spirits and focused on what could make a difference in every area of my life. So all in all, a good balance.
How about you?
Have any of your January intentions manifested? How are you doing against your goals?
What do you need to adjust to make the most of the last three months of the year?
