Three communication tips from a master communicator

I always ask this question to my podcast guests: what are your top three tips for someone who wants to communicate sustainability better?

Mike's first tip was about fixing yourself. That means thinking about (at the very minimum):

WHO: who is involved in the communication? What is your own mindset like around communicating sustainability? What do you know about your audience?

WHY: what's the reason for communicating?

HOW: how do you communicate sustainability? What language, tone, medium and arguments do you use?

I have put together this free CHECKLIST for you, which is an extract from my book and which you can use to prep meetings and presentations. You just need to make a copy of it when prompted.

Curious about the other two tips?
